Update #1: We are estimating that this could take up to 6 hours from the start date to complete the upgrade. If there is an urgent need to get your server online faster, please contact our support and we may be able to expedite the process for your individual server. This means completion is expected in less than 4 hours.
Over the coming weeks, we will be progressively upgrading hardware across all of our Minecraft services. On February 27th 2017 at 5:30pm AEST (6:30am GMT), we will be performing hardware upgrades for certain Minecraft services. We expect a maximum downtime of 3 hours during the upgrade, however the actual time will vary. Updates will be posted to this page while the maintenance is in progress.
