Update: The maintenance is complete and all servers are back online.
We frequently upgrade hardware across all of our Minecraft services. On April 29th 2019 at 2:30am EST (6:30am GMT), we will be performing hardware upgrades for certain Minecraft services in North America and Europe. The upgrade period will last for up to 8 hours, however we expect affected servers to have no more than 60 minutes downtime.
The affected nodes are 7, 8, 12, 14, 504. You will also see a notification on the server control panel if your service is affected.
Updates will be posted to this page while the maintenance is in progress. If there is any urgency to bring your server back online faster, please contact us and we will see what we can do to accommodate.
