How to Enable the In-Game Console on Your CS:GO Client

CS:GO has its own Developer Console which can be used to run commands on your server. To use the console, you will be required to enable it ingame. This can be done via the Game Settings.

  1. Go to the Settings Menu in the main menu of the game.
  2. Select the category Game and set Enable Developer Console to YES.
  3. Press the ~ key to open the console. On most keyboards, this key will be located at the top left next to the number 1.

You can now use this key at any moment to open the Developer Console.
