Managing player access is important for keeping your RimWorld Together server fair and enjoyable for everyone. If a player is causing issues such as griefing, cheating, or disrupting the game, you can remove them from the server or prevent them from rejoining.

Usernames used in these commands are case sensitive, so make sure they match the player's in game name exactly.

#Kick a player

Kicking a player removes them from the server but allows them to rejoin later.

  1. Access your control panel.

  2. Navigate to the Console tab.

  3. Run the following command:

kick [Player ID]

Replace [Player ID] with the exact name of the player you want to remove.

The player will be immediately disconnected from the server.

#Ban a player

Banning a player prevents them from joining the server again.

  1. Access the Console tab in your control panel.

  2. Run the following command:

ban [Player ID]

Replace [Player ID] with the player's exact username.

Once banned, the player will not be able to reconnect to the server.

#Unban a player

If you want to allow a banned player to return, you can remove the ban using the following command:

pardon [Player ID]

#View the banned players list

To see all currently banned players, run the following command in the console:

banlist
