#The Promotion

This promotion offers eligible Cfx Element Club subscribers one (1) month of free FiveM game server hosting from Shockbyte, on one of three server plans. It is run by Shockbyte in partnership with Cfx / Rockstar Games as a co-marketing promotion.

#Eligibility

To claim the offer you must: be an active Cfx Element Club subscriber at the time of redemption; access the offer through the official Element Club redemption link provided by Cfx; and not be a resident of, or accessing the offer from, Brazil or Japan, which are excluded from this promotion.

The offer is available to eligible subscribers worldwide except in the excluded regions above.

#The Offer

Eligible subscribers may claim one (1) FiveM server free for the first month, on one of the following plans:

The plans available to you may depend on your Element Club membership tier. The free period covers the first month of service only.

#Redemption

Each eligible subscriber is issued a unique, single-use discount code by Cfx / Rockstar. When you click through from the Element Club portal, your code is applied automatically at the Shockbyte checkout and the relevant plan is added to your cart, giving a 100% discount on the first month.

Codes are single-use, non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, shared, or combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion. A code that has already been redeemed cannot be used again.

#One Per Customer

The offer is limited to one (1) free server per subscriber and per Shockbyte account.

#Billing and Cancellation

The offer covers the first month free only. Unless you cancel before the end of the free month, your service will renew and continue at Shockbyte's then-current standard rate for that plan. You may cancel at any time before renewal to avoid any charge. A valid payment method may be required at checkout.

#Service Terms and Fair Use

Servers provided under this promotion are standard managed Shockbyte FiveM services and are subject to Shockbyte's standard Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, including resource, fair-use, and inactivity/hibernation policies. Servers may enter a hibernation state after a period of inactivity in line with the plan's configuration.

• Shockbyte reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion, or these terms, at any time without notice.
• Shockbyte reserves the right to withhold or reverse the offer, and to suspend or terminate a service, where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, code sharing, or breach of these terms or Shockbyte's Terms of Service.
• This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Shockbyte PTY LTD. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
