Back in 2013, all Shockbyte had was a high school student named Mitch, $20, and a dream to make server hosting easier for gamers everywhere. Fast forward to today and that dream has powered over 1 million servers and 30 million players around the world.

We’re honestly blown away. Shockbyte was built by gamers, for gamers. And every server, every community, every adventure you’ve hosted along the way helped get us here. So whether you were one of our first Minecraft customers or you just spun up your first Hytale server - thank you. This milestone belongs to all of us.
