Getting Started With Your The Isle Server
Experience the gritty open-world survival horror game The Isle聽with your friends and foes on a聽Shockbyte server. Explore the open plains, dense forests, dark swamps and treacherous mountains across the vast landscapes of the many available maps.
Play as one of the many available creatures and use your natural abilities to survive and thrive in the immersive world of聽The Isle.
#Enabling the Evrima Beta
In order to join your聽server, you will first have to be playing the Evrima beta version of聽The Isle. This can easily be enabled on Steam.

Open your Steam Library.

Right-click on聽The Isle then click聽Properties...

Click聽Betas and select evrima - ENVRIMA Public Branch.
You have now successfully enabled the Evrima Public Beta for your local installation of The Isle. Steam will need to download the update before you're able to launch your game.
#Purchasing your The Isle Server
The first step in your prehistoric adventure is purchasing a server. Shockbyte currently has three The Isle plans, the most popular being Omnivore. This is the recommended package for up to 20 players with a few mods enabled. If you want to play with up to 250 players or use a large number of mods then you should consider our Carnivor package.
