How to Change the Mode Settings on Your Trackmania Server

Your Trackmania server can run different game modes like Time Attack, Rounds, or Laps, each offering a unique racing experience. Changing the mode lets you tailor how matches play out — whether you want quick solo runs or competitive point-based races.

#Configuring your Server Mode Settings

1. Launch Trackmania from your Steam or Ubisoft Connect library.
2. Join your server from your Club Room or the in-game list.
3. Press the Escape (Esc) key to open the in-game menu.
4. Select Advanced Options.
5. Click Manage Server.
6. Open the Mode Settings or Vote for Mode Settings menu.
7. Adjust the mode or settings to your preference.
8. Choose Apply to submit or vote for the change.

Once applied, your new mode settings will take effect after the current round ends. If voting is enabled, other players can also vote to approve or modify these settings to keep gameplay balanced and enjoyable.
