
How to Reset The Nether on your Minecraft Server
Players may wish for a fresh Nether to explore and to find new fortresses to loot and raid. Thankfully, resetting The Nether on Minecraft is very easy, and this guide will teach you how to do it.
The method of how you reset The Nether will depend on the server type you are running, such as Vanilla Minecraft, or running Spigot, Bukkit or Paper.
Warning - Deleting Files
These steps involve deleting files. Deleted files cannot be recovered. If there is a chance you may want to recover the files, make sure you backup before deleting anything.
#Resetting The Nether with a Vanilla, Forge, or Fabric Server
You can reset The Nether by deleting the DIM-1 folder found within the server files.

Access your Control Panel and Shut Down your server.

Access your server files and open the World folder.

Select the
DIM-1and delete it.
Do not be mistaken with the folder named DIM1 with no dash (-), this is The End. If deleted, your End will be broken.

Confirm deletion of the folder.

Start your server.
#Resetting The Nether with a Paper/Bukkit/Spigot Server
You can reset The Nether by deleting the world_nether folder found in your server's files.

Access your Control Panel and Shut Down your server.

world\_netherfolder. -

world\_netherfolder, and delete it. -
Confirm deletion of the folder.
