If you received a Shockbyte Gift Card, simply follow these steps to redeem:

1. Go to shockbyte.com/redeem.
2. Log in to or create a Shockbyte account.
3. Enter the redemption code shown on the gift card.

Once successfully redeemed, this will be added to your account's credit balance.

Once redeemed, the balance of the gift card will be credited to your Shockbyte account and can then be used to pay for servers and addon orders, or renewal of existing services.

You only have to pay for the Gift Card you order once and does not entail any recurring or extra fees.

Shockbyte Gift Cards will expire 3 years after the purchase date.

If the default currency of the receiver's Shockbyte account is the same currency that was used to purchase the gift card (e.g. USD to USD), they will receive the exact amount. However, if someone receives a gift card with a different currency than what's set on their account (e.g. USD to EUR), this will be subject to currency conversion.

Shockbyte Gift Cards cannot be withdrawn and are also non-refundable. These can only be used for payments and purchases within Shockbyte.
