Most of our servers and plans come with adjustable player slots, allowing server owners to set the number of players allowed to connect at one time. Too many online players can cause lag on your server, so having a reasonable player limit can be very beneficial to keeping lag down.

With the Shockbyte Panel, changing the player slots on your server can be done in just a few clicks.

1. Navigate to the Shockbyte Panel and open up your server.

2. Click on your current max player slots.

3. Input the number of max players you wish for your server, then click Update.

4. Restart your server.

That's it! After your server restarts the player slots should be updated.
