How to add Admins to your FiveM Server

If you want to give users admin on your FiveM server, you are in the right place. This article provides a step-by-step process for adding an administrator to your server using txAdmin.

# Add an Admin to your FiveM Server

1. Go to your Shockbyte Control Panel.
2. Launch txAdmin.
3. Navigate to the Admins tab.
4. Click the 'Add' button to add a new admin.
   1. Enter the username of the player you wish to make an admin.
   2. Optionally, add the user's Cfx.re ID and/or Discord ID.
   3. Tick the checkboxes for the permissions you wish to grant the user.
   4. Click 'Save' to add the new admin.
5. If your admin has been added successfully, you will be provided with a temporary password. Share this securely with your new admin so that they can access their new admin account.

# Manage Existing Admins

If you want to edit an administrator, or remove them entirely, follow the steps below.

1. Go to your Shockbyte Control Panel.
2. Launch txAdmin.
3. Navigate to the Admins tab.
4. Find the Admin that you wish to edit or delete, and click on the desired action.
