In Motor Town: Behind The Wheel, housing plots can be rented by players. The Housing Plot Rental Price Ratio setting allows you to control how expensive those rentals are on your server, giving you the ability to encourage or limit property ownership depending on your server's economy.
# Adjusting The Plot Rental Price Ratio
Your server's plot rental price ratio can easily be updated in the config area of the panel.
- Navigate to the panel.
- Click Config.
- Locate the Housing Plot Rental Price Ratio field and enter your desired value.
- Click Save & Restart.
