Remember that your player data is stored on your own PC. This means that if your playerdata becomes corrupted on your PC, it won’t be possible to restore it from your Server Backup. # Backup your Valheim Server
You can quickly generate a manual backup at any time on your server's control panel.
- Navigate to the Shockbyte Panel and open your server panel.
- On the left-hand sidebar, click the Backups tab
- Click Instance, then select the server instance you would like to create backups on.
- Click Start Backup to begin generating the backup.
