The server name is the form of identification for your server when listed in the in-game server browser of Sons of the Forest. Players can search for your server in the server browser by using its server name.
# Changing Server Name
You can change your server name in the Sons of the Forest Server Settings section of your server's control panel.
- Access your control panel and Stop your server.
- Navigate to the config tab.
- Enter your desired name in the Server Name field.
- Save and Start your server.
After these changes, you can search for your server using the new server name in the filter option in Sons of the Forest.
