Sandbox settings in Abiotic Factor allow you to customize your server's gameplay experience. You can modify difficulty, loot respawns, XP gain, hunger rates, and more to suit your preferred playstyle.


# Editing Sandbox Settings

Your server’s sandbox settings can be configured in the SandboxSettings.ini file via the Shockbyte Panel.

  1. Navigate to the Shockbyte Panel.
  2. Click Files.

  1. Navigate to AbioticFactor/Saved/SaveGames/Server/Worlds/<Your Save Name>

  1. Click SandboxSettings.ini.

  1. Make any desired changes to the sandbox settings then click Save and Restart your server.
