# Setting up a Whitelist on your Server
You can enable or disable the whitelist setting within your SCP: 5K Server Settings in the config tab.
- Access your control panel and Stop the server.
- Navigate to the Config tab.
- Open the SCP: 5K Server Settings.
- Find the Whitelist setting and click on the toggle.
- Setting the toggle to True or ✓ will enable the Whitelist.
- Setting the toggle to False or ✕ will disable the Whitelist.
- Save and Start your server.
# Adding a User to the Server Whitelist
You can add a user to the Whitelist via the WhitelistIDs.ini file.
- Locate the player's SteamID64.
