Using Curseforge, you can create custom profiles that allow you to create a Forge version of Minecraft. Allowing you to freely install mods as you wish. You can download CurseForge from its Official Website.
# Installing Forge with CurseForge
You can install Forge by creating a custom profile using CurseForge.
- Open CurseForge, and select Minecraft.
- Click Create Custom Profile.
- Enter the following;
- Profile Name - A custom name for your profile.
- Minecraft Version - Choose the version of Minecraft you wish to play & mod.
- Game Type - Forge.
- Modloader Version - Choose the version of Forge that is compatible with your mods, if unsure leave it as the default/latest option.
- Click Create. Located in the My Modpacks section, you will find your custom profile.
