# Resetting Player Data
To reset a player's data, you need access to the server files. Ensure your server is stopped before making any changes to avoid data corruption.
- Navigate to the Shockbyte Panel and Stop your server.
- Click Files.
- Navigate to
AbioticFactor/Saved/SaveGames/Server/Worlds/<Your Save Name>
- Click PlayerData.
- Select the player's data file. Each player has a file named after their SteamID then click Delete.
- Click Start to load up your server.
