How to Set Up the Biomes o' Plenty Mod

Biomes O' Plenty is an expansive biome mod for Minecraft that adds lots of new biomes to your worlds, including new blocks, plants, and more.

After installing the Biomes o' Plenty mod onto your Minecraft server, your server will not generate a world using the new biomes without first configuring the level type option in your server properties.

# Enabling Biomes o' Plenty

As mentioned previously, you will need to generate a brand new world with the correct level type in order to use the Biomes o' Plenty world generation.

1. Access your server's control panel and navigate to the Files tab.
2. Find the server.properties file, and click its name to edit it
3. Set the level-type field to biomesoplenty or BIOMESOP if you are using Forge 1.12 or lower
4. Change the level-name field to a new and unique world name
5. Save the file, then restart your server

That's it! When your server boots up, a new world will be generated with the name you specified with the new Biomes o Plenty biomes.
