How to Uninstall Mods on a Minecraft Server

Sometimes you may need to remove a specific mod from your server due to errors it generates. A common reason to remove a mod is due to incompatibilities with other mods on your server.

If you are using an official modpack, we highly recommend contacting the modpack creator for support instead of deleting mods you believe cause the issue. This can cause unintended corruption as modpack setups are generally very complex and combined with other mods.

#Manually Uninstalling Mods

1. Access your server's Control Panel and navigate to the Files tab.

2. Click the mods folder to open it

3. Tick the box of the mods you wish to remove, then click the Delete button.

4. Restart your server.

That's it! When your server next boots up, the mods will be removed.
