How to Make your BeamMP Server Private
This guide explains how to make your BeamMP server private. Enabling this setting restricts access so only approved players can join your server.
You can do this by enabling the Private Server option in your config files. The steps below will walk you through updating this setting so your server is no longer publicly accessible.
Important
An Authentication Key is required to be set in order for your server to run. Please follow our guide that explains How to Add an Authentication Key to your BeamMP Server before proceeding with the following steps.
#Enabling the Private Server Setting
To make your BeamMP server private, you can enable this setting in your Config area by following these steps:

Access your Control Panel and navigate to the Config tab.

Private Serversetting and set this to enabled.

Save and restart your server to ensure the new changes apply.
