DayZ is a thrilling survival-horror game based in a zombie apocalypse. With your own DayZ server, you will be able to rely on or fight against your friends in this wasteland.
Before you attempt to connect to your DayZ Server you will need to know your Server IP Address.
# Joining Your Server via Direct Connect
If your server is running DayZ Experimental you will need to launch DayZ Experimental, otherwise, you should launch normal DayZ if your server is using DayZ Stable.
- Launch DayZ or DayZ Experimental, depending on which your server is using.
- Navigate to the SERVERS tab in your launcher and click Direct Connect.
- Enter your server’s IP, port, and password if you set one and click Connect.
That’s it! You’re now connected to your DayZ server.
