How to Launch SMAPI Using GOG Galaxy for Stardew Valley

To play Stardew Valley with mods, you are can boot SMAPI with either Steam, Xbox App, or GOG Galaxy.

# Launching SMAPI with GOG Galaxy

The only benefit of launching SMAPI with GOG Galaxy is to track playtime, otherwise you can play modded Stardew Valley by launching StardewModdingAPI.exe in your game folder.

1. Open Notepad.
2. Paste the following into your notepad:

start "" "C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Stardew Valley\StardewModdingAPI.exe"

3. Click Save As and navigate to your Stardew Valley game folder.
4. Enter start.bat as the file name and set type to All Files.
5. Open GOG Galaxy and select Stardew Valley.
6. Navigate to Settings > Manage Installation > Configure.
7. Enable Custom Executables / Arguments.
8. Click Add another executable / arguments.
9. Select the start.bat you previously created, and click Open.
10. Enable Default Executable.
