Core Keeper features a vast, procedurally generated world. To keep the game interesting, you might want to generate a new one. However, there are quite a few settings that can influence how the new world works.
If you’re only interested in changing your server difficulty, you should check out How to Enable Hard Difficulty on your Core Keeper Server.
# Modifying Your World
You can modify your Core Keeper world via the worldcorekeeper.properties file.
- Log in to your control panel and Stop your server.
- Navigate to your Server Files.
- Find and Open the corekeeper.properties file.
- Modify your server settings as needed. A table explaining these settings can be found below.Â
- Save and Start the server.
# Resetting Your World
You can reset your world by deleting the world file from your server files.
- Log in to your control panel and Stop your server.
- Navigate to your Server Files.
- Locate and Open the worlds folder by going to SavedGame > Worlds.
- Delete the file 0.world.gzip.
The number will change depending on how many worlds you have. If you want to change the world being deleted, change the number before world.gzip.
- Restart your server to generate a new world.
