How To Enable Traitors On Your Barotrauma Server

Traitors are a toggleable side job in multiplayer games that randomly designates a player as a traitor. Once activated, the traitor player will receive secret missions at random intervals. Bots cannot be traitors, so if there's only one player in the server with at least one bot count, the player will always be a traitor. Traitors are currently not available in the campaign. --- Enabling Traitors Traitors can be enabled on the lobby screen of your server before starting a game. 1. Join your server. 2. While the AI crew members will take initiative and complete tasks on their own, players can also issue orders for them to complete. Bots will arrive on your submarine when you leave the station for the first time. --- Setting a Max Bot Count Before starting a mission or campaign with bots, you will first need to set a maximum bot count in your server's Barotrauma Server Settings file. 1. Access your Control Panel and Stop your server. 2. Navigate to Config Files. 3. Click Barotrauma Server Settings. 4. Enter the number of bots in the Max Bots field. 5. You can set the default number of bots using the Bot Count field. This value can be changed in the server lobby. 6.
