How to Reset your Necesse Server

Open your Server Control Panel. 2. Navigate to Instances on the left-hand side. 3. Select Reset on the Active Instance. 4. Accept the prompt confirming the deletion of all server files. --- Resetting Player Data If you'd like to reset either a specific player's data, or all player data on the server, the relevant player data files can be deleted. 1. Open your Server Control Panel. 2. Stop the server and wait for it to go Offline. 3. Navigate to Files and open the directory . If the world name was changed, open the world folder matching the correct name. Your world name can be can be found in the Necesse Server Settings in the Config editor if unsure. 4. How to Join your Necesse Server

Once you have configured your Necesse Game server the way you would like it, you are ready to join. Necesse provides two ways of connecting to your server which are either using your in-game server list or direct connecting using an IP Address. --- Obtaining your Server IP In order to connect to your server, you will need to know both the server IP and port. These can both be found in your Server Control Panel. Once logged in to the control panel, you will find your server's IP and port in the overview, next to IP Address. --- Using Direct Connect You can join your server using the Direct join button located in the Multiplayer menu. 1. Launch Necesse. 2. Click Multiplayer. 3. Click Direct join. 4. Enter your server's IP Address and Port separately, then click Connect. --- Using Server List You can join your server by adding it to the server list in the Multiplayer menu. 1. Launch Necesse. 2. Click Multiplayer. 3. Click Add server. 4. Enter any name, then enter your server's IP Address and Port separately. When done, click Add. 5. As a result, to install them all you will need is the mod's Workshop ID. --- Locating Workshop IDs Before you can install a Steam Workshop mod, you will need to locate the mod's Workshop page and copy its Workshop ID. 1. On your Steam client, navigate to the Necesse Steam Workshop. 2. Locate your desired mod, and select it. 3. Copy the mod ID in the URL of the web page (the numbers after ). --- Installing Workshop Mods Once you have your desired mod IDs, you will need to add them to your Necesse Server Settings to automatically install them. 1. Open your Server Control Panel. 2. Stop the server and wait for it to go offline. 3. Navigate to Config and open Necesse Server Settings. 4. In the Workshop Mod IDs setting, enter your mod IDs in separate fields. Each Mod ID should be entered in its own field. To add a new field, click the Add + button. 5.
