How To Create and Switch Worlds On Your Minecraft Server

How to Create a New World

Log in to your server's Multicraft panel. If you have more than one server, select the server with the world you would like to change.

  1. Stop your server. This will allow the necessary changes to take place without interference.
  2. Navigate to the World section of the Multicraft panel.
  3. Change the World section to whichever name you'd like your world name to have.
  4. Press SAVE below the server information.
  5. Restart your server.

If you would like to upload your own world, you can refer to our guide on How To Upload Custom Worlds.

How to Switch Worlds

  1. Log in to your server's Multicraft panel. If you have more than one server, select the server with the world you would like to change.
  2. Stop your server.
  3. Navigate to the World section of the Multicraft panel.
  4. Change the World section to the name of a previous world that you'd like to switch to. You can check previous World names in the base directory of your FTP file access.
  5. Press SAVE below the server information.
Note: Make sure that the World you use is compatible with the version of Minecraft on your server.

  6. Restart your server.

Once finished, your world should be switched!
