If you can't connect to your server after ordering, follow the steps below:
Make sure your server has been started and is online in the server control panel.
Make sure you are including the port at the end of your IP. This is a set of numbers that looks similar to :25566
Check the error message when connecting in your game client, as well as any errors that are displayed in the server console. These errors will typically tell you exactly what's wrong (and if you're not sure - you can paste them into Google and usually find a solution).
If you’re having issues signing in to your Shockbyte account (the Client Area) try resetting your password through the forgot password link on the login page.
