Absolutely! We have a system that allows you to upgrade or downgrade your server at any time - it's a self-serve system that you can access from the client area. When upgrading, you will only need to pay the prorated amount (the difference between your current and chosen plan), and when downgrading simply open a support ticket for a prorated refund. Absolutely! We provide Full FTP Access to your server, making uploading worlds/plugins to the server easy. While we do provide a Web FTP Client with Multicraft, we would highly recommend downloading an FTP Client such as FileZilla. If you currently have Minecraft Hosting with another host, we are more than happy to transfer your current files over for you - simply contact our support team with the control panel login details (and control panel link) for your previous host and any other details we'll need to access your files.

Yes. You can change your player slots to any amount you'd like, whenever you'd like for your Minecraft server.

If you can't connect to your server after ordering, follow the steps below:

1. Make sure your server has been started and is online in the server control panel.
2. Make sure you are including the port at the end of your IP. This is a set of numbers that looks similar to :25566
3. Check the error message when connecting in your game client, as well as any errors that are displayed in the server console. These errors will typically tell you exactly what's wrong (and if you're not sure - you can paste them into Google and usually find a solution).

Definitely! We support all server types, mods, modpacks, and plugins. We have many server types and modpacks available as a 1-click install, however it is also possible to install any server type as a custom jar

Yes! We offer MySQL databases free of charge with every Minecraft service. To get a database for your Minecraft server, simply go to your server's page on the control panel, click Advanced and then MySQL Database.

Of course! You can change your server location at any time. Just get in touch with us and we can transfer your server to a new location. However, do note that when transferring between locations your server IP will change (if you're using a sub-domain, you can simply update this so your players can continue connecting with the same IP).

Unlimited. You can use as much space as you need for your server as long as you comply with our Fair Use Policy. Essentially - you can use as much space as you need for your service as long as it's related to your service (you cannot store movies, music, etc).
