How to give players cheats on your Garry's Mod Server

Garry's Mod allows you to enable cheats on your server to modify the way certain parts of the game function. This can include commands like noclip, which allows you to fly through the ground as well as many physical objects in the world. These commands can all be enabled easily right from your server console.

Warning: Enabling cheats with sv_cheats enables them for everyone. To have specific permissions set up, please see How to setup player permissions in Garry's Mod.

HOW TO ENABLE CHEATS

  1. Login to your Control Panel.
  2. On the left, click Console.
  3. In the console, type sv_cheats 1.
