How to Upgrade the Main Farmhouse on your Stardew Valley Server

Due to the way that Stardew Valley servers are hosted, they each require a ServerBot to act as the host. This means that you're unable to use Robin to upgrade the main Farmhouse. It is still possible to upgrade it giving you access to the kitchen, cellar, ect. by editing your save.

Note: In order to follow the steps in this article, use Stardew Valley Save Editor. An article that will walk you through the process of downloading and using it can be found here.

Upgrading the Main Farmhouse

Once you have SDVSE and your farm save downloaded you can easily upgrade your server's main farmhouse to the required level.

  1. Open SDVSE (Farm Foundry).
  2. Click Load.
  3. Click Load From File.
  4. Locate and Open the save file you downloaded in the previous section.
  5. Click the Farm tab.
  6. Select a level from the Farmhouse Level dropdown.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Upload your save file following the steps in this article.
  9. Start your server.
