The Owner is the player that holds all control of a Necesse server. They have the ability to use all in-game commands that you would otherwise only be able to achieve with the server console and can grant players admin permissions.
Whilst in-game, you can enter the help command for a full list of available commands.
Granting Owner Rank
To grant a player the Owner rank, you must edit your Necesse Server Settings whilst using their character name.
- Access your control panel and Stop your server.
- Navigate to Files > Config Files.
- Open Necesse Server Settings.
- Locate the Owner (Character Name) field, and enter the character name of the player.
- Save and Start your server.
