How to Toggle PvP on your Necesse Server

PvP is combat between players, if enabled players can fight & deal damage to one another. As Necesse is primarily a PvE game, it's not required for players to use but is a great way to differentiate the game experience from the norm.

Toggling PvP

To toggle PvP, you are required to edit the world settings found in your control panel config files.

  1. Access your control panel and Stop your server.
  2. Navigate to Files > Config Files.
  3. Open World Settings.
  4. Locate the forcedPvP option, and set it to either True/False.
  5. Save and Start your server.
