If you find yourself stuck when working on your Minecraft server, you always have a wide variety of resources available to you for help. Most times you can find your answer online or by using Shockbyte self-serve resources, however, we also offer 24/7 support via tickets or live chat from real people should you need it.
Shockbyte Knowledgebase - Our searchable database of step-by-step guides, general guides, and tutorials that provides comprehensive instructions on how to complete a wide variety of tasks and customisations on a Minecraft server with Shockbyte. The tutorials include helpful screenshots and direct links to other related resources so you can follow them easily!
Shockbyte Tutorials Youtube - Videos can be extremely helpful for those who prefer to watch tutorials and guides on how something is done. Our tutorial focused YouTube channel has several videos that can guide you through various tasks with your Minecraft server and the Multicraft control panel.
Shockbyte Support - If you are unable to find an answer to questions, experiencing errors with your server, or cannot successfully complete tasks available in our knowledgebase and YouTube tutorials, you can reach out to our support staff for assistance. Our support team is always ready to provide assistance with your Minecraft servers.
Shockbyte Community Discord - On our community Discord server, you can post questions as threads for other members of the community and support staff to answer. This is a great way to ask questions and most times you will find a thread that already answers your question!
Spigot Forums - Spigot, being the platform that most plugins are developed with and published on, is a great place to find support from members of the Minecraft server community. Feel free to search your question on their forums, or post a forum thread of your own asking a question.
Minecraft Forums - The Minecraft Forums are also a great place to find community support, especially since there are many more people who browse the Minecraft Forums compared to the Spigot Forums. That being said, the Minecraft Forums aren't specifically for servers, so it may be more difficult to find server support on that platform.
AdminCraft Community Discord - AdminCraft originated as a popular Minecraft subreddit that also expanded into a Discord Community. AdminCraft is a fantastic place to ask questions as there are hundreds of extremely helpful and knowledgeable Minecraft server owners and community members willing to answer questions you may have. An added benefit, similar to the Shockbyte Community Discord, is that you can search for your question and potentially have an answer for it before even needing to post anything, thanks to their questions threads.
