# Using the Kill All Entities Quick Action

You can use the Kill All Entities quick action to automatically remove all entities excluding players from your server at once. This can be a great way to purge entities for lag reasons, or it can also be used as a tool for mapmakers or builders.

  1. Open your server's control panel

Open your server's control panel

  1. Click the Tasks tab on the left-hand sidebar

  1. Click Default Tasks, then locate the Kill All Entities task

  1. Click the Run button, or click the Configure button to begin setting up a run schedule

  1. Give your task a name for identification, then click Save

  1. Click Your Tasks, then click the clock icon next to your new task to setup a schedule

  1. Confirm the Quick Action's arguments, then click Next Step

  1. Enable the Set Interval checkbox, then choose how often your task should run

  1. Make sure the schedule is set to On, then click Schedule
