How to Access Your Server Control Panel

We have a video tutorial on how to access your server panel:

If you have just ordered your very own server from Shockbyte, you will first need to start your server before you can play on it. This is done through your sever panel which is also what you will use to manage and configure your server to your liking.

The steps below will guide you on how to access your server panel:

  1. From your email account, locate and open the email with the subject Your Minecraft Server Details for Minecraft or Your Game Server Login Details for other game servers. This contains your server details and panel login information which would look similar to the screenshot below.
  2. Click on the Visit Server Control Panel button within the email or directly through this link.
  3. Click Login from the control panel homepage.
    Control panel home page
  4. Enter the details provided in your email then click on the LOGIN button.

Name: Control Panel Username in the email
Password: Control Panel Password in the email

NOTE: Your control panel password is NOT the same as your Shockbyte client account password. Use the password provided in the email.

That's it! You should now be logged into your server control panel.

You may need to click on the Servers tab if it's your first time logging in to your server panel or if you have multiple servers.

If you think the control panel password you are using is incorrect, you may reset it by following this guide: How to Reset Your Control Panel Password
