The Shockbyte Panel Account Password allows you to log in to your server's control panel and access your server files using an FTP client like FileZilla.

Please note that your Panel account is separate from your Client Account. For instructions on how to reset your Client Account password, please refer to this guide.

Important

Never share your email and password with another user. If you would like to give other users access to manage your server, you can view our guide here.
