How to Remove A Cancellation Request For Your Shockbyte Service

We're glad you decided to keep your service with Shockbyte. To remove your cancellation request please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your client account.
  2. Click Services > My Services.
  3. Click on the service you wish to remove the cancellation for.
  4. Click Remove Cancellation Request under the 'Actions' left sidebar menu.

Once you have successfully removed your cancellation request, you will receive an email with confirmation.
