How to Find and Share Server Logs

When troubleshooting an issue with your game server, console logs can help you diagnose and tackle any issues you may be experiencing. Generally speaking, your server log is a chronological list of events that occur on your server. It can be used to find what errors are associated with certain events, crashes, etc. that may take place on your server.

The console tab on your control panel displays a live view of your server's log, which you may need to share with another person while troubleshooting an issue you are experiencing.

How to Find and Share Your Server Console Log

To share your console log, you will need to simply press the "Share log" button in the console tab of your control panel.

  1. Navigate to your server's control panel.
  2. Click Console.
  3. Click Share log.
  4. This will create a copy of your console log, and prompt you to copy its link to your clipboard.

After getting the link to your console log copy, you can send it to whoever is assisting you with troubleshooting.
