Creating a sub-account in the client area allows someone else to access your account and perform actions like paying invoices, opening tickets, or managing your services.
# Create a Sub-Account for Billing
You can create a sub-account in the client area using the new user's information.
- Select Contacts/Sub-Accounts from the
Hello <name>
dropdown menu on any page in the client area.
- With the Add New Contact option selected, enter the details for the new user.
- Select the Activate Sub-Account checkbox and choose the permissions you wish to give the new user.
After following these steps, the new user can log in to the client area using the email address and password you created for them.
