If you previously hosted a RimWorld Together server locally or with another provider, you can transfer your existing world to your Shockbyte server. This allows you to continue playing with the same colonies, settings, and world state without starting over. Only saves from an existing RimWorld Together server can be transferred. Standard single player RimWorld saves are not compatible. --- Prepare your local server files First, create an archive of your current RimWorld Together server files. 1. Navigate to your local RimWorld Together server directory. 2. Select all folders inside the server directory. 3. Right click the selection. 4. Choose Send to then Compressed (zipped) folder. RimWorld Together includes a server browser that allows players to find and join servers directly from within the game. Enabling the server browser makes it much easier for players to discover your server and reconnect later without needing to manually enter the IP address. --- Enable the Server Browser You can enable the server browser directly from your server configuration settings. 1.
