Upon death, the loot in a player's inventory will drop on the ground and become accessible to those who find it. Server owners can configure this setting so that upon death players may drop nothing, only their inventory, or all items that they possess.
Setting this option to drop nothing could be great for PvE servers to stop the ability of players to steal others' loot, whereas the other two options could be great alternatives for PvP servers.
Configuring Items on Death
You can configure items lost on death in The Front Game Settings section of your server's config files.
- Access your control panel and Stop your server.
- Navigate to Files > Config Files.
- Click The Front Game Settings.
- Locate the Drop Items on Death option and set this to your desired value.
- Save and Start your server.
