How to Set the Server Name of your Myth of Empires Server

Currently, the only way to connect to your Myth of Empires server is by locating it on the in-game server list. This is why it is important to configure a unique and easily identifiable server name.

Changing your Server Name

You can change the name of your server in your Myth of Empires Server Settings configuration file, found on your servers control panel.

  1. Access your control panel and Stop your server.
  2. Navigate to Files > Config Files.
  3. Click Myth of Empires Server Settings.
  4. Locate the Server Name option, and set it to your desired server name.
  5. Save and Start your server.

When your server finishes starting, it will now appear on the in-game server list with the new name you configured.
