How to Make Your Unturned Server Private

By default, any user can join without a password. Setting a server password will help prevent unauthorised users from joining via the Unturned community list.

  1. Log in to your server's control panel and Stop your server.
  2. Navigate to Files > Config Files.
  3. Click Unturned Commands File.
  4. Add a new line and enter Password YourServerPassword with any password of choice, then click Save.
  5. Restart your server.
  6. Connect to your server by following our guide here.

Good job! You have now configured your server to require a password upon joining.
