Core Keeper features a vast, procedurally generated world. To keep the game interesting, you might want to generate a new one. However, there are quite a few settings that can influence how the new world works.
If you’re only interested in changing your server difficulty, you should check out How to Enable Hard Difficulty on your Core Keeper Server.
Modifying Your World
- Log in to your control panel and Stop your server.
- Navigate to Files > FTP Access.
- Find the
corekeeper.properties
file and Edit it. - Modify your server settings as needed. A table explaining these settings can be found below.

world_mode | 0 | Determines the worl'd difficulty. 0 is Normal, and 1 is Hard. |
