How to Enable the In-Game Console on Your CS:GO Client

CS:GO has its own Developer Console which can be used to run a variety of commands on your server such as enabling cheats. To use this console, you will be required to enable it through the in-game settings.


Enabling the Developer Console

You can enable the Developer Console through the in-game settings by setting the Enable Developer Console option to YES.

  1. In-game, navigate to the Settings Menu.
  2. Click Game and set Enable Developer Console to YES.
  3. Press the ~ key to open the Developer Console.
