If you don't want to allow players to play as certain factions, it is possible to configure which factions or individual setups from each faction should be used on your Squad server. This can be done for both vanilla and modded factions.
Excluding Entire Factions
Factions can be excluded from your Squad server by entering their Faction ID into the ExcludedFactions.cfg file.
- Navigate to your control panel and Stop your server.
- Navigate to Files > Config Files.
- Open ExcludedFactions.cfg.
- Enter one Faction ID per line.
- Click Save and Start the server.
Excluding Faction Setups
It is also possible to exclude specific Faction Setups, such as the classes included, and this can be done by adding the Faction Setup's ID to ExcludedFactionSetups.cfg file.
- Navigate to your control panel and Stop your server.
- Navigate to Files > Config Files.
- Open ExcludedFactionSetups.cfg.
- Enter one Faction Setup ID per line.
- Click Save and Start the server.
