By default, there is no way for server admins to easily spawn items using commands. If you want to spawn something for yourself or other farmers you will have to install a mod, we recommend using CJB Item Spawner.
The CJB Item Spawner mod only needs to be installed locally and isn't required on your server.
Downloading CJB Item Spawner
Before installing the mod, you will first need to download it from Nexus Mods. There are no prerequisites or known conflicts with other mods.
- Navigate to the CJB Item Spawner webpage.
- Click Manual download.
- Click Slow Download.
Installing CJB Item Spawner
Once you have the mod downloaded, you will need to extract it and then move it into your Stardew Valley installs /mods folder.
- Locate your local Stardew Valley game folder.
- Open
/modsfolder.
- Extract CJB Item Spawner to this folder.
Using CJB Item Spawner
Once you have downloaded and installed CJB Item Spawner you will be able to open the in-game interface and easily spawn items.
- While connected to your server, press the I(i) key. This will open the in-game interface.
- In the search field, enter the name of the item.
- Left-Click on your chosen item.
- The item will be added to an available space in your inventory.
