How to Set your Mordhau Server to Private

Making your MORDHAU server private will allow you to give access to a select few players and stop any uninvited players from joining your server. The easiest way to achieve this is by adding a password to your server, which players will be prompted to enter before they can connect.

Adding a Password

A password can be added to your server using the Mordhau Server Settings file in your server's control panel.

  1. Access your control panel and Stop your server.
  2. Navigate to Files > Config Files.
  3. Click MORDHAU Server Settings.
  4. Enter a password in the Server Password field.
  5. Save and Start your server.
