An Admin in Mordhau is a player of high importance, which has been given full access to the admin commands available for dedicated server hosting.
Once an admin password has been set in your server's control panel, players can become administrators by entering the AdminLogin command whilst connected to the server, using the in-game console.
Setting an Admin Password
To log in as an admin your players will need to know the administrator password. This can be set in the Mordhau Server Settings section of your control panel.
- Access your control panel and Stop your server.
- Navigate to Files > Config Files.
- Click MORDHAU Server Settings.
- Enter your desired password in the Server Admin Password field.
- Save and Start your server.
Becoming an Admin
Once an admin password has been set your players can become administrators by entering AdminLogin followed by the admin password into the in-game console.
- Connect to your server.
- Press the ` key to open the console.
- Enter
AdminLogin <AdminPassword>.
- Press Enter.
Adding Additional Admins
It is also possible for an admin to grant additional players admin permissions using the AddAdmin console command.
- While connected as an admin, press the ` key to open the console.
- Enter
AddAdmin <PlayerName>.
- Press Enter.
